Leroux-4-1140x683.jpg

Saturday, May 2, 12pm-1pm
Benjamin Leroux

in support of ROARny (Relief Opportunities for All Restaurants)

We are excited to be joined on Saturday, May 2 by gifted vigneron Benjamin Leroux, whose work in top appellations from Chassagne-Montrachet to Gevrey-Chambertin and everywhere in between gives him an uncommonly broad mastery of the entire Côte d'Or.

This in-depth guided discussion with Benjamin Leroux on Zoom will be followed by a and a moderated Q&A session.

We encourage participants to open a bottle of Benjamin Leroux from their cellars.

Sunday, May 3, 12pm-1pm
Dominique Moreau of Champagne Marie Courtin

in support of ROARny (Relief Opportunities for All Restaurants)

This in-depth guided discussion with Dominique Moreau on Zoom will be followed by a moderated Q&A session.

Dominique Moreau named her estate after her grandmother, Marie Courtin, whom she describes as a “woman of the earth”. With the 2005 vintage, Dominique set out to produce a series of single-vineyard, single-variety, single-vintage, zero-dosage Champagnes from biodynamically-grown grapes that are farmed and elaborated with meticulous care.

Featured wine: Marie Courtin - Extra Brut Champagne Efflorescence 2014

Click here to purchase from Morrell and taste along (or open a bottle of Marie Courtin from your own cellar)!

Wine writer Jordan Mackay will lead this chat with Pressoir's powerhouse sommelier trio: Daniel Johnnes, Edouard Bourgeois, and Raj Vaidya. We'll be hitting on their "epiphany" wines that led them to the industry, memorable moments in service, most underrated wines, and much much more. Expect some juicy stories from their time serving the juice!

Featured wines: Our three panelists have each selected a wine that they will be opening - to be announced soon!

Sunday, May 10, 11:30am-1pm
Mothers Day with the Troisgros Family
in support of Hand in Hand, a Daniel Boulud Foundation

This Mothers Day, treat Mom to an unforgettable digital culinary experience.

Needing no introduction, the Troisgros family of chefs is simply one of the most influential and accomplished dynasties in French gastronomic history.

We are immensely privileged to be joined by Chef Michel Troisgros and his sons, chefs César Troisgros and Léo Troisgros, for a unique culinary At Home Session on Zoom.

The Troisgros will present a three course menu in honor of Mothers Day, paired with wines selected by Daniel Johnnes. This is an incredible opportunity to see the home kitchens of these world-famous chefs and learn how they adapt their three Michelin-starred recipes at home.
