The hill of Hermitage is synonymous with some of the best Syrah on the planet. Deep, complex and sometimes brooding wines are born on this dramatic landscape, as well as very unique white wines. The history and legends associated with the "land of the hermit" only add to the mystique of the appellation. We will also touch on the younger brother, Crozes-Hermitage, sometimes overlooked, yet capable of producing wines of authentic pleasure.
We encourage participants to open one of the featured wines below or an Hermitage or Crozes-Hermitage of their choice to share their impressions with the audience.
