We will kick off this al fresco dinner in the beautiful patio of Charlie Bird with a flight of Blanc de Blancs Champagne before diving into the ever enchanting wines of Burgundy. Exquisite Chassagne-Montrachet from the talented Alex Moreau, a reference among producers, never fail to impress. The red wines will offer an interesting vintage appreciation of 2008 and 2012 while featuring top producers such as Domaine Michel Lafarge, Domaine d’Eugénie, Domaine Henri Gouges and others. We will end the festivities with a flight of the legendary Echezeaux Grand Cru.
