Chef Daniel Boulud’s newly opened restaurant Le Pavillon will host its first wine dinner with Pressoir.wine and we are making sure it will be an unforgettable evening. This Burgundy-themed event, built like a promenade through the famed region, will start with the famed wines of Chablis master Vincent Dauvissat. More white wines to follow with a focus on Meursault and its ideally located vineyards of “Charmes”, “Genevrières” and the iconic “Perrières”. The grand finale will be assured with a vertical of seven vintages of the sensual Vosne-Romanée “Petits-Monts” specially curated for us by Maison Joseph Drouhin and including vintages going back to 1990.
This dinner will be indoors, in Le Pavillon's private room. The guests will be seated at the same table.
