While Champagne holds the flag of the sparkling wines around the world, some other great bubbles are produced and we are honored to feature our guest speaker Michael Cruse to prove that. This talented gentleman runs Cruse Wine Co., a small winery in Petaluma, California, dedicated to making uniquely Californian wine including, of course, some exceptional sparkling wines.
We encourage participants to open a Cruse wine of their choice to share their impressions with the audience.
