While Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhone Valley are at the core of our wine focus, with this THIRST class we are turning the spotlight on another French, classic and globally renowned wine region, Bordeaux. The subject being so vast, we will focus our class on the right bank of the region, kingdom of some of the most sought-after Merlot, as well as a new generation of brilliant winemakers that have just started to turn heads.
We encourage participants to open one of the featured wines below or a Bordeaux of their choice to share their impressions with the audience.
