Established in Burgundy since the XIXth century, the Drouhin family has been running one of the major négociant houses in the region. The myriad of prestigious vineyards they either own or buy grapes from is impressive and the quality of the wines is consistently high. We have collected a remarkable lineup of exclusively grands crus starting with Grands Echezeaux, followed by the very rare Clos de Beze, the irresistible Griotte Chambertin, a true staple for Drouhin, and finally the majestic Montrachet. The dinner will explore mature vintages back to 1990 at Le Pavillon, Chef Daniel Boulud’s culinary oasis in the heart of Midtown.
