It is one of the most discussed questions among wine geeks - what are the similarities and differences between neighboring villages Volnay & Pommard?
At this dinner, we'll be tasting the two villages side by side in a series of flights around the same vintage, placing great focus on terroir. As always, we picked some of the most authentic producers to better express the intricate nuances of iconic climats such as Rugiens, Santenots, Caillerets and even the legendary Clos de la Bousse d’Or.
The wines will be paired with a tasting menu featuring the critically-acclaimed cuisine of Chef Daniel Eddy at Brooklyn hotspot Winner.
