The Pressoir team has cherry picked a dozen wines for you from our favorite Burgundy producers to illustrate the character of 2011, 2009, 2007 and 2005 in Burgundy. Each flight will be focused on a single vintage, offering an interesting study of the character of the year and how different producers from different communes played the part. Henri Gouges in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Hudelot-Noëllat in Vosne-Romanée, and Bruno Clair in Gevrey-Chambertin are just a few of the names featured.
